Q: Is your jewellery waterproof?
A: No, unfortunately. There's no thing such as waterproof jewellery, there's however materials that are more resistan to tarnish than others (like stainless steel) therefore can get in contact with water for prolonged periods before starting to tarnish.

Q: Which materials do you use?
A: Our jewellery is made with 925 Sterling Silver and plated with Gold or Rhodium.

Q: What does 925 Sterling Silver mean?
A: 925 Sterling Silver is the best type of silver in jewellery design. It is impossible to have silver jewellery made from 99.9% pure silver because as it's far too soft to use alone. 925 Sterling Silver is composed of 92.5% of pure silver and 7.5% of a different metal, usually copper (never nickel).

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Unfortunately we do not currently offer express shipping, however our current shipping method usually takes only 2-3 working days to be delivered to your door (for UK orders, for more info read our shipping policy).
